This Privacy Policy explains how the Manaviyat mobile application (“the App”) collects, uses, and protects user information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this document.

1.1. User Images (Avatar)

The App may collect a photo that the user voluntarily uploads. This image is used solely to display the user's avatar inside the App. It is not used for any other purpose and is never shared with third parties.

1.2. User Files

The App may request access to files required for its core functionality (such as test materials or documents used for educational features). These files are used only for App functionality and are never used for additional purposes.

1.3. Phone Number

The App may collect the user’s phone number during registration.
Purpose of collecting the phone number:

  • To create and manage the user’s account.

  • To verify the user’s identity and ensure secure access to the App.

  • To enable account recovery if the user loses access.

The phone number is not used for marketing, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising.

1.4. Technical Information

The App may collect limited, anonymous technical data such as device type, operating system version, and crash logs. This information is used to improve performance and does not personally identify the user.

2. How We Use the Information

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

  • Creating and managing a secure user profile, including phone number verification and avatar display.

  • Enabling the App’s test functions and educational content.

  • Maintaining performance, identifying issues, and ensuring smooth operation.

The App does not use any user data for advertising, marketing, analytics sales, or commercial activities.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not:

  • sell personal data;

  • share personal data with third parties;

  • provide user information to advertisers, analytics services, or external organizations.

All collected information is processed strictly within the App’s internal systems.

4. Data Security

We use modern security controls designed to protect user data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or misuse.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute data protection cannot be guaranteed.

5. Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that data from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it immediately.

6. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • Access their personal information.

  • Delete their avatar, uploaded files, or phone number.

  • Request full deletion of their account and all stored data.

7. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account and all associated personal information at any time. When a user initiates account deletion, all stored data—including avatar, uploaded files, phone number, and account details—will be permanently removed from our systems.

To delete your account, you may use the following endpoint:

This action will remove your account from the App’s system and cannot be undone.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates become effective once published within the App.
